PRICING
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%. Green with Envy reserves the right to change pricing anytime at their discretion and without prior notice.

CURRENCY
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars. If overseas, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by credit card, direct deposit in our account, cheque or cash. You get to choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process. Credit Card We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed via the secure Windcave payment gateway.

Please use your order number as a reference when direct depositing. Please email us at hello@greenwithenvy.co.nz to confirm your payment. Please note that some banks take 24 to 48 hours to process payments and unfortunately your order cannot be dispatched until these payments have been cleared.

Phone orders
If for any reason you do not wish to make a purchase online we are more than happy to take orders over the phone. Please contact us on +64 297751100 if you prefer this option.

LAYBY
Green with Envy accepts layby sales. A 20% deposit is required and installments must be paid over six weeks. Once the final payment has been received, goods will be couriered. Goods will be returned to the store if not paid for within six weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the product you have chosen from Green with Envy we will either give you a refund (excluding courier costs) or exchange it, if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. We are unable to refund items that have been purchased at a discounted price.

FAULTY ITEMS
Green with Envy check all products thoroughly before they are sent out. If however you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date in order for us to replace the product. If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of return postage.

CODES & COUPONS
Codes and Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion to receive a further discount on your purchase. If for example you have a code or coupon that entitles you to a 20% discount on a particular product, if that product is already reduced you will not be able to use the code to receive a further reduction in price.

SECURITY
Green with Envy use the Windcave Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Windcave processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Windcave has a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. Windcave are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, with Atalla Network Security Processors.
